I had a clogged bathtub drain "emergency" on a Saturday(of a holiday weekend) and I called Colin and left a message for a call back. Colin responded within 1/2 hour and was at my home with 20 minutes. He was very respectful of my home, professional and was not only excellent & efficient at unclogging my drain but gave me suggestions on how to keep my older home drain pipes clear.
